Profanity-Free Channels

In an effort to accommodate the desires of some individuals to have channels free from the usual profanity, swearing, and cursing, Division Leaders can now assign a Soap Icon2lkxso9.png to their Channel by right-clicking the Channel, selecting "Edit Channel", then next to the name click the Icon dropdown box, select Edit Icon, and double-clicking the pink soap icon. This designates the channel as a profanity-free channel.

Selecting an icon other than the soap icon will be met with puzzled looks, raised eyebrows, followed by swift backhands and a change to the proper icon.

Joining a channel with a soap icon means you are accepting and agreeing to not use profanity or harsh language within that channel. Joining a channel without a soap icon means you are accepting and acknowledging that there might be the occasional harsh language. I recommend to Division Leaders to give violators who profane their profanity-free channels two separate warnings, since people do often curse without thinking. If it happens a third time, a violator can be told not to enter the profanity-free channel again because of their frequent neglect of the channel rule.

If a violator continues to enter a channel after being told not to, please inform an Administrator and we will confront them with puzzled looks, raised eyebrows, followed by swift backhands and a change to the proper channel.

Excessively bad language, rudeness, or disrespect of any kind is still not tolerated in ANY channel. The Soap icon simply designates some channels apart from the usual everyday language.
