How to remove windows 10 perm apps

This may be helpful for people that wish to remove windows 8 apps that cannot be delete normally. https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/deploymentguys/2012/10/25/removing-built-in-applications-from-windows-8/ Ensure to read all of it, also i do not use windows 8 thus i cannot commit to much on the subject aside from that it looks a lot like the method to removing windows 10 apps. Also make sure you run Powershell as ADMIN. This may or may not work some people have had issues with this process, from what i read. Good luck and do this at your own risk.

How to remove windows 10 perm apps

Sure there is but to be honest i don't suggest it, here is a link to how you can do it. *follow at owns risk* https://www.pcworld.com/article/3109900/software/you-can-remove-cortana-from-windows-10-but-its-tricky.html
  6. So i am sure you all know about those apps that in windows 10 you can't simply uninstall using program uninstall, well there is another way that won't mess up your computer and i will explain in the following. So some of these programs do run in the background and if you don't use them, then why have them ? First things first, you will need to make sure you don't use or want the programs you will be uninstalling, to double check this go to your windows control panel then find uninstall programs, this will be used to find those programs an to make sure you don't use them. Step 2 is to go ahead and click on your search windows icon then in box type "Powershell" then go to it but don't press enter yet, first you must run it as ADMIN then open it an follow the next set of commands if you wish to remove these programs. Next step is to of course ensure you don't want the following programs. The box that opens will look a lot like CMD but blue instead with yellow writing, also note all of these programs can be restored easily. Here is the list of commands to enter to remove the programs, please make sure that these are not the ones you are using or need. ****************************Remember, do not have any applications open other than Windows PowerShell. ********************************* Enter a command from the below list for the program you wish to uninstall. Here are the list of commands: 3D Builder: Get-AppxPackage *3dbuilder* | Remove-AppxPackage Alarms and Clock: Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage Calculator: Get-AppxPackage *windowscalculator* | Remove-AppxPackage Calendar and Mail: Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage Camera: Get-AppxPackage *windowscamera* | Remove-AppxPackage Get Office: Get-AppxPackage *officehub* | Remove-AppxPackage Get Skype: Get-AppxPackage *skypeapp* | Remove-AppxPackage Get Started: Get-AppxPackage *getstarted* | Remove-AppxPackage Groove Music: Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage Maps: Get-AppxPackage *windowsmaps* | Remove-AppxPackage Microsoft Solitaire Collection: Get-AppxPackage *solitairecollection* | Remove-AppxPackage Money: Get-AppxPackage *bingfinance* | Remove-AppxPackage Movies & TV: Get-AppxPackage *zunevideo* | Remove-AppxPackage News: Get-AppxPackage *bingnews* | Remove-AppxPackage OneNote: Get-AppxPackage *onenote* | Remove-AppxPackage People: Get-AppxPackage *people* | Remove-AppxPackage Phone Companion: Get-AppxPackage *windowsphone* | Remove-AppxPackage Photos: Get-AppxPackage *photos* | Remove-AppxPackage Store: Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage Sports: Get-AppxPackage *bingsports* | Remove-AppxPackage Voice Recorder: Get-AppxPackage *soundrecorder* | Remove-AppxPackage Weather: Get-AppxPackage *bingweather* | Remove-AppxPackage Xbox: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage Some will uninstall fast like half a second others will take 1 second lol. Anyways i hope this helps also ensure that you are NOT using any of these programs!!!! IMPORTANT PLEASE READ If you wish to reinstall all of the apps that were deleted using powershell all you have to do is open powershell as ADMIN and enter the following command however make sure you have ONLY POWERSHELL running / on at this time, no other APPS should be running!!! Enter this to enable / install all deleted windows 10 perm apps: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” Now if you have any problems there are many websites to find help for but i found one for you, please have a look at this site. https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/uninstall-restore-windows-10-builtin-apps This should take care of any unanswered questions i hope. I hope this helps ~Ocelot(OD)

Having Slow Wifi ?? This may help!

  8. Hello there fellow friends of OD, would like to share a few tricks i learned, hope i am posting in the correct area if not please let me know an sorry ahead of time. So if you are running wifi instead of a hardline for internet into your comp / pc and you believe it should be faster (only if its windows o/s) then there might be a reason behind this. In the past an even still now windows microsoft has been trying to slow down our computers internet. I cannot take full credit for this trick but will add credit afterwords with link in case you wish to read all of it from orig poster from their site which may explain things i did not cover since in some senses it is a waste of time. So for exp, lets say you are using anything between windows 7 to windows 10 plus wifi to run your internet, well there is a chance that windows has slowed your connection well because why ? because its microsoft / windows thats what they do!! So how can you know ? Well here is what you do, open your CMD (command prompt) in admin then type the following in first ipconfig/flushdns this will clear any cache of old DNS data which will help speed up any connection wifi or hardline based, next is the longer part but this is to check if microsoft windows has type in CMD the following: Netsh interface tcp show global After this a set of stuff will pop up but you only need to look for "Receive Window Autotuning level" which should be set as "Normal" if not then it is time to set it to normal. So if its not set normal then type this command to make i normal: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal Now it should say "Ok" which means it has set it to normal, but to make sure go ahead and check to make sure it is by typing: Netsh interface tcp show global then look to see if Receive Window Autotuning level is set to Normal, if so continue to the next step. TCP receive window is one of the key factors in the internet download speed. Thus making the TCP receive window to ‘Normal’ will surely help you in increasing your internet speed. Next step: After this command, let’s check for another parameter of Windows in terms of the slow internet connection called ‘Windows scaling heuristics’. To check for this parameter, type netsh interface tcp show heuristics So now type in your Admin CMD the following command: netsh interface tcp show heuristics A list will pop up then check to see if windows scaling heuristics is enabled or diabled, Well, in my case, it’s disabled. However, in some case, yours might be enabled. That means Microsoft in some ways, is trying to limit your internet connection. So avoid it and to get faster internet, type the below command and press enter: netsh interface tcp set heuristics disabled Once pressed enter, you will receive an ‘ok’ message and now your internet speed has surely got boosted up. This trick is mainly for wifi however it won't hurt if you do it for a pc thats plugged into hardline, so why not? If you wish to read the page this information comes from check it out therei s a lot more you can do i just skipped the un-needed boring stuff such as checking your ping an such, the link is in below. Hope this helps someone xD https://fossbytes.com/speed-internet-using-command-prompt-cmd/ ~Ocelot~ Let me know if this helps, thanks.

Hello, was wondering about how i should set up my stat points for a bowzon with faith, fort and the basic gear that goes along with it. I have not made a bowzon personally in about 6 years at least and was wondering what i should be focused on when it comes to using stat points into dex, vita, str, and how much if any should be put into energy (Mana?). Also is a catseyes better then a angelics set up for both PVM and PVP ? Thanks for the help, most of this stuff i know i just get a bit confused with the stat points lol.
